Georgia Peskett has donated an original oil painting of Sheffield star Jarvis Cocker to raise funds for Sense Charity, the charity that supports deafblind people www.sense.org.uk.
The fundraising VIP preview launch night will also include donated works by Sheffield artist Pete McKee and Illustrator/designer Si Scott among others, this event has been organised by photographer Andrew Markwell who will be exhibiting his own work at the event.
It all takes place in Sheffield on the 26th March, if you would like more information about purchasing tickets to win an original work of art

ARTISTS OF FAME AND PROMISE
New paintings were recently included in Beaux Arts Bath Summer Show 2009 www.beauxartsbath.co.uk
2009 was a busy year; with a spring solo exhibition at the Barristers Chambers HQ, London and inclusion in Beaux Arts Bath Summer show.
In June, a trip to San Francisco for a break and new reference material.
I participated in the restoration of the Vision of Angels mural in Dulwich that I'd helped my father Stan Peskett to paint back in 1993. A tight deadline - with just 2 days to complete my section, the Tiger from the William Blake poem "Tyger, Tyger". With special thanks to Carly Stanley, who participated by taking some exceptionally good photographs of the event.
